Can you tell me the correct spacings and washers for front wheel assembly and rear? Do I need to take the front mad dog clamps off before I try to fit the tire? I just don't know where all these washers go I don't have rear brakes. Thanks, also how do you feel about spray painting the fender? Will it get too hot? Thank you, I also have the G290RC, the GPL290 that came stock maybe has an hour. Also what oil mixture ratio for stock? And what's a good 2 stroke oil for these engines? What grade of gasoline?

Hey sir..im wondering whats the verdict on the shred ped extender pieces that allow you to run bigger spindles. Have you tested them alot by now? Is the stock mounting hardware sufficient? Would you prefer to weld them? Thank you
Unfortunately, I have not tested them much. Always a good idea to weld if possible but I haven’t heard of any problems with the stock hardware.

Be careful with this trick, it's very easy to overbend the clip and cause it to fit too loose which can cause the clip to fall out and ruin the engine, once clip is installed take a pick tool and make sure clip is tight and doesn't spin easily in it's groove, if the clip spins easily replace clip and try again don't take a chance.

Is the 320 more for top end and 34 more for low end?
Depends on the work done, usually true with a piston port. This engine is ported for torque, being stock stroke it will still have loads of top end.
It's a shame zenoah changed the mounting bolt pattern on the g320. They should have kept the smaller bolt pattern since everything built before the g320 came out used the same clutch/mounting bolt pattern and the g320 is basically the odd one out of all the RC style engines.
They wanted to use larger bearings and larger rotating mass on the crank. Since on a stock cast case the connecting screws for halves share holes with mount screws, they had to space it more for the larger crank. RC cars are their biggest customer base so it wasn’t a problem seeing as how they all use a clutch.
@@Perkins.porting I get it, they pretty much reached the dimensional limitations once they went to the g290rc, so to go any larger required a re-design but it really sucks for us goped riders that want a bit more power, but for most people it's just easier to stick with a conventional g290rc based style engine which can still run really strong but is limited.

Yes it’s made for goped. Rc style engines 23-34cc
if ur in a rich neighborhood or have noisey exhaust laws id probaby go with the Rhino pipe or ddm dominator.. but if not get a whiplash pipe n fukn send It

What do u use to stop ur dremeled tools from filling up with the engine material & becoming useless? Any type of oil on your tools or do I just replace them? Tx!
controlling the speed correctly prevents this. large bits spin slow, small bits spin fast. I never use anything on my bits, just dry.
I learned if you coat your bit with wax it will not clump up

Is it possible to run a locker on the front wheel with that brake setup?So swap out the metal for rubber and have the new braking point the sides of the rim?
The forks get in the way of the pads. Only thin pads fit, probably won’t have room for big rubber pads… I’ve never tried though.
@@Perkins.porting I figured since they’re v brakes they could be expanded wider land then find a pad that’s not as long or mod a regular on so it doesn’t go between the fork and wheel. I’m curious and this has got me thinking 🤔

Was clogged with oil residue, just had to burn it out.
Man, Same exact thing happened to me with the pullstring. For time starting it up, first pull....SNAP! Do you have any pointers on how to get this started? These sko60's are no joke.
I have a Zenoah 29cc my friend must have bought a CY with a head kit how can I get up too his speed I’m running a Qcan on Super xped but his sounds like it’s staging it’s crazy
Did you even ride that yet because I have a Super xped just Finished the rebuild yesterday and right away it took a lot of rubber off war of the tire correctly but a lot of rubber came off .800 apple core spindle and I was thinking to not wear my tire so much maybe to get the extension brackets anyway ? You think I should grab them anyway ?
